Software Support Technician
Busy specialist software business focused on the accountancy sector and very much support led. The quality of our software and support regularly earn praise from our customers and have been recognised with sector leading awards won ahead of much bigger rivals. We are growing fast and now need to appoint an additional Software Support Technician to start as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate will be intelligent, resourceful and reliable with an excellent telephone manner and a good fit with our friendly, bright and hard-working team. Calm under pressure, you will have a real commitment to customer service and be eager to contribute to the success of a business whose support is hailed as some of the best around.
Our packages are developed using C# and .net and utilise MS SQL Server and MS Access, so the ideal candidate will have good all-round technical ability.
Any experience of the following would be viewed as an added bonus but is by no means essential:
- Frontline support in a Windows environment
Working knowledge MS SQL Server and/or MS Access
